A VITÓRIA DO SPORTING COMENTADA INTERNACIONALMENTE

-BBC
Everton crashed out of the Europa League after being outclassed by Sporting Lisbon in the second leg of their last-32 tie in Portugal.
However, in truth Sporting were the superior team and Everton, who lacked ambition until it was far too late, rarely looked like breaching the opposition defence.
It was far from the humiliation that the Toffees suffered on their previous visit to Lisbon - the 5-0 drubbing at Benfica earlier in the competition - but that will be of no consolation to David Moyes, who cut a frustrated figure as he harangued officials during the final minutes of the tie.

-SKY SPORTS
A disappointing display from Everton saw their European dreams dashed as they were knocked out of the Europa League following a 3-0 defeat to Sporting Lisbon, losing the tie 4-2 on aggregate at the Estadio Jose Alvalade.
Fernandez added a third in stoppage time with a superb run and finish to complete a night of misery for Everton.
-CAUGHTOFFSIDE.COM
Portuguese giants Sporting more than made up for their narrow defeat at Goodison Park by easily overcoming Everton in this Europa League second leg. Sporting Lisbon now face Atletico Madrid in the last 16.
-GUARDIAN
Sporting Lisbon send Everton tumbling out of Europa League. Those Everton fans who had exchanged one great Atlantic city for another and happily occupied its main square, the Praça Don Pedro, must have thought this journey would have a different ending. Everton are a different team from the one they were in October but the memories of Lisbon remained the same.
-ESPORTE BRASIL
